WWE Payback predictions

Before I get to predictions, can someone tell me why there is going to be ANOTHER PPV in 2 weeks??? I may not have mentioned it before, but I was hoping that there would be less PPV as we go along with the network, but I think we are going to get more. I hope not there are already 14 in the year.

Let's move on to Payback. I hope that this PPV is descent. It feels like all the titles will be retained and the matches may be good, but I don't know, this one is iffy. Hopefully I am wrong.
