Summerslam Predictions

Well it's that time of the year again......the biggest party of the summer as they say......SUMMERSLAM. I admit that this year's card doesn't look super appealing to me but it is one of the "Big 4" so I always make sure to see those. My predictions are as follows:

Alberto Del Rio cashes in Money in the Bank briefcase....or at least attempts to do so. I say this because there are only 5 matches tonight. Therefore, it must be leaving time for something.

I also think the Miz will do something (did they add a Miz v Mysterio match).

Beth Phoenix defeats Kelly Kelly
This will happen because she wouldn't have turned heel for nothing.

Punk defeats Cena
UGH! I know, I know, Punk annoys me too but he has momentum and this is business.

Mark Henry defeats Sheamus
But I think this will start a feud that could be pretty good.

Orton over Christian
Dear God, PLEASE! I'm sooooooo sick of this feud. Unless Orton is taking time off I don't think they would let Christian win.

Wade Barrett defeats Daniel Bryan
This will keep their feud going on and will be one of several matches probably lasting until Surviivor Series.

WWE SummerSlam Predictions

According to WWE.com, there are only 5 matches scheduled for SummerSlam. So my first prediction is that there will be another match made to make it 6 total matches for the PPV. Maybe a rematch for the IC championship between Cody Rhodes(C) and Ezikal Jackson or John Morrison vs. R Truth, or the Miz vs. somebody...

Match 1# Mark Henry vs. Sheamus
I don't see Mark Henry losing this match, based on the amount of time they have spent on pushing him and because baby-face Sheamus hasn't been around long...not long at all. So ill take Mark Henry FTW.

Match #2 Daniel Bryant vs. Wade Barett
I don't want Wade to win, there I said it. And D. Bryant won MITB, so he is getting pushed...finally! So ill take D. Byrant FTW

Match #3 Beth Phoenix vs. Kelly Kelly(C)
Granted all of these are guesses, but this one I don't have a clue. Beth should win, but I have a feeling that WWE wants to keep this feud of Beth and Natalya vs. everyone else going for a little while longer. I have no idea how Kelly Kelly will pull it off, but ill take Kelly Kelly FTW

Randy Orton vs. Christian(C)
I really don't know on this one, it's a no holds barred match. So that does mean that Christian can do anything and get away with it. Maybe he'll get someone to help him win...maybe Tyson Tomko lol. That'll never happen. I'll take Christian FTW.

Match #5
CM Punk(C) vs. John Cena(C)
The last undisputed champion was Chris Jericho. A "smaller" guy with amazing wrestling ability. CM Punk is "smaller" and he has amazing wrestling ability. Maybe history will repeat itself...granted Jericho needed the aid of like 5 guys to become undisputed champion, but I digress. I'll take CM Punk FTW
